Starting with a light-hearted news item, each day's thought then leads into a comment on one of the weekly themes – Choosing, Living, Longing, Loving, Growing. Each brief thought ends with suggestions for personal reflection under the headings Rejoice, Reflect, Remember, Resolve. I hope the cumulative effect of these reflections will lead us into savouring life's riches even more fully.
